Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
CVCC Workforce Solutions offers FMCSA-compliant Entry Level Driver Training for a Commercial Driver鈥檚 License (CDL), including classroom, range, and road instruction. Students train with automatic transmission trucks and, upon passing the DMV skills test, receive a Certificate of Completion from ANCORA.

This program is designed for the student who desires skills in heating and air conditioning. Upon completion of this program, the student will possess advanced skills in electricity, circuits, controls and heat pumps to obtain employment as an entry-level installer or service assistant.

These programs are designed to prepare students for working in industrial maintenance.
Machine Tool
This program is designed for the student who desires to become a highly skilled operator of machines and tools used in the manufacturing industry. Upon completion of the program, the student may become a skilled machinist or machinist trainee.
Machine Tool & Quality
This program is designed for the student who desires to become a skilled quality control inspector and machinist trainee. Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to verify precision manufactured parts meet engineering blueprints and standards.
Mechatronics
This program is designed for the student who desires a career in advanced manufacturing. It combines content from mechanics, electronics, robotics and computer-related subjects. In class, knowledge is balanced with practical, hands-on training such as assembly, test and trouble-shooting. Students earn four industry certifications. Upon completion of this program, the student will be qualified for a wide variety of positions that offer great career potential in the local area.
Technical Studies
This program is designed for students who have successfully completed technical training in a particular career field and received their Career Studies Certificate, Certificate or Diploma. This is a pathway for these students to continue their studies and attain an associate鈥檚 degree with the goal of advancement opportunities and increased wages in their intended career field.
Welding Technology
This program is designed for the student who desires to obtain skills as a beginning welder. Other possible positions include welder, metal fabricator and welding layout.
